Rules & Guidelines
Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance for in-shop inspections
- Valet pickup and return services require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee for valet appointments
Payment Terms
- We accept cash, all major credit cards, and insurance claim payments
- Insurance deductibles must be paid at the time of service completion
- Out-of-pocket payments are due upon completion of repairs
- We offer financing options for qualified customers - ask for details
- Returned check fees apply per state regulations
Insurance Claims
